Attachment: Bump nightly version to 3.6pre/1.9.2pre

Drops the b6 part of the version to use 3.6pre/1.9.2pre, which reflects reality better and still allows us to easily take other relbranches for later RC's. For 3.5 we bumped the nightly version to 3.5.1pre after 3.5 shipped.

'bout time we put this in CVS. A visual diff against moz192-branch-patcher2.cfg should make the review easier (eg FileMerge from XCode, aka opendiff at the terminal).

We should also flip useBetaChannel to 1 so that we have the option of pushing beta snippets separately.
